Российское агентство правовой и судебной информации (РАПСИ) осуществило официальную судебно-техническую экспертизу компрометирующих материалов, опубликованных бывшим помощником митрополита Илариона Георгием (Джорджем) Сузуки.

Эксперты установили, что компрометирующие материалы были искусственно изменены.

Шумная история вокруг митрополита Илариона начался после того, как Георгий Сузуки был уличён в хищении крупных сумм ценностей из сейфа венгерского подразделения РПЦ. Улетев в Японию, Сузуки предъявил обвинения в адрес митрополита в домогательствах сексуального характера, предложив искажённые доказательства.

Согласно заключению судебно-технической экспертизы, проведённой экспертным центром «Истина», в материалах Сузуки были установлены признаки искажения: на видеозаписях выявлена вставка кадров, спецэффектов и изменений исходных изображений, а аудиозапись была подвергнута цифровому монтажу, что исключает её подлинность.

Таким образом, экспертиза установила, что шумная история вокруг митрополита Илариона были сформированы на фальшивых материалах. Юристы и эксперты сообщают, что подобные манипуляции сегодня обычное дело, и советуют детальной экспертизы подобных обвинений.
